Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and authentication method (email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in).
• Content you process: files you upload, text you paste, images you paste, and URLs you submit, plus the extraction results produced from them.
• Usage data: counts of extractions and exports, plan and quota status, and audit logs of key actions (needed to enforce your plan limits).
• Support data: support tickets you raise and our replies.
• Payment metadata: plan, amount, currency and gateway payment/order identifiers. Card numbers and bank details never reach us — they are handled by our payment gateway.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: process your sources, store extraction history, and produce your exports.
• To manage your account: authentication, plan limits, billing status and subscription activation.
• To support you: respond to tickets and diagnose problems you report.
• To keep the service safe: abuse monitoring, security audits and fraud prevention.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploaded content or extraction results to train AI models.

3. Third-party processors

• Database & authentication hosting: Supabase (our backend provider) stores account, content and usage data.
• Payments: Razorpay processes subscription payments; we receive only payment status and identifiers.
• Sign-in: Google and Apple OAuth, if you use those buttons, share your name and email with us.
• AI transcription: when you paste an image for text extraction, the image is sent to our AI gateway provider solely to read the text from it.

4. Retention

Your extraction history, uploaded files and results are kept while your account is active so you can revisit and re-export them. When you delete an extraction, its stored emails and source data are removed with it. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data; payment records are retained as long as required by tax and accounting law.

5. Your choices and rights

• Access & export: everything you extract is downloadable from the app at any time as TXT, CSV, Excel or PDF.
• Delete: remove individual extractions, bulk-delete from History, or delete your account from your profile.
• Correct: update your name and email from your profile page.
• Object or complain: email contact@mstechnomedia.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level access controls so only you (and platform administrators when strictly needed for support) can reach your rows. Passwords are hashed; one-time codes for email verification are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd want for ours.

7. Children

Mailminer is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app announcement. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
