1. About the service

Mailminer is a software tool that extracts email addresses, phone numbers and other contact data from files you upload, text you paste, and public web pages you point it at. The service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered monthly limits.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You may not share your account with others or use it on behalf of a team unless your plan permits it.

3. Acceptable use

Mailminer is a data-processing tool; how you use the data it produces is your responsibility. You agree that you will NOT:

• Extract or collect personal data from sources where you have no right or legal basis to do so.
• Use extracted emails to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or in violation of applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws, including India's DPDP Act, the EU GDPR, and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, paywalls, login walls, or technical blocks (including sites that block automated readers) on third-party websites.
• Use the service to build competing extraction products, resell raw access, or overload our infrastructure with automated abuse.
• Upload malicious files, or content you do not have the rights to process.

4. Subscriptions, plans and limits

Plans are described on the pricing section of our home page. Each plan carries a monthly extraction limit; unused allowance does not roll over. We may adjust plan limits or pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect the billing period you have already paid for.

5. Payments

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment gateway (currently Razorpay). We do not store your card or banking details — they are handled entirely by the gateway. Subscription charges recur monthly until cancelled. Failed payments may result in your account being limited to the free trial tier until the balance is settled.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your content

Files you upload, text you paste, and URLs you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service — extracting, storing, and exporting the results for you. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.

8. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party websites may block or rate-limit automated reading; where that happens the tool will tell you and offer a copy-paste fallback. We may add, change or remove features; material reductions to paid features will be communicated in advance.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". Extraction accuracy depends on the quality and format of your sources, and we do not warrant that every address is valid or deliverable — use the built-in verifier before large sends. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manuscript Technomedia LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you use the data you extract. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk for us or our users. Where practicable we will warn you first. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Manuscript Technomedia LLP.
